SHIPPING POLICIES:
Most items will ship withn 48 hours from the time an order is received. If there will be a delay you will be notified by email. You will be notified via email on when your package was shipped and how to track it.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
1.) Contact us at returns@breastchester.com or call us at 914-804-0831 for a return authorization code
2.) Write the return authorization code on your return package
3.) Ship your exchange by 11/5/09 for exchange only-no exceptions!
Please notify us immediately of any item which is defective within 2 days of receiving it. Breastchester, Inc. does not refund the cost of shipping. All exchnages must be preauthorized by the Breastchester, Inc. prior to return shipping. Packages that have not been preauthorized will be refused. All exchanges must be postmarked by 11/5/09. Breast pumps must be exchanged in their original, SEALED package unless found to be defective. Clothing and bras must be unworn and unwashed if they are to be exchanged. Underwear and swimwear can not be returned unless defective. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with all the products we sell.
Concerning International Deliveries:
The Breastchester, Inc. is not responsible for any additional tarrifs, customs, or additional fees levied by your country. If you do not accept your shipment because you do not wish to pay these fees you will be charged for the original shipping fee, custom charges, and return shipping costs. Once the merchandise is returned you will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise only.
